Straight from LFL Division 2, Kamiloo will make his LEC debut next year.
Kamil "Kamiloo" Haudegond has reached an agreement to join Team Heretics ahead of the 2025 LEC season, according to Sheep Esports sources. At only 19 years old, Kamiloo is set to be the first-ever LEC promotion directly from Europe's Tier 3 scene — the Izi Dream midlaner from LFL Division 2 is skipping a step on his way to the LEC.
LFL teams were interested
Kamiloo's dominance in LFL Division 2 — including an MVP title in Spring — earned him widespread acclaim as the best midlaner in the league; naturally, this drew the attention of several top teams in the LFL and LEC. Karmine Corp Blue, Team BDS Academy, and Vitality.Bee, were all interested in the young French talent, and — before they signed Joseph Joon "jojopyun" Pyun — so were MAD Lions KOI.
After MDK took jojopyun, TH's first choice, off the market, the team was left to decide between Vincent "Vetheo" Berrié from Team Vitality and Kamiloo. Heretics also considered Tolga "Serin" Ölmez, but decided against it — the Turkish midlaner will instead play for Team GO in the LFL next year, per Sheep Esports reporting.
