Nicknamed Chocolate, the Polish mid laner is back with BKR!
Mid laner Paweł "Czekolad" Szczepanik has reached a verbal agreement with BK ROG Esports to renew his position within the LFL, according to Sheep Esports sources. While most likely to go through, the player's deal currently depends on a clause which allows him to accept any LoL EMEA Championship (LEC) or League Championship Series (LCS) offers in priority, if one would arise.
Czekolad ready for more in the LFL
Similarly to Howling, who has just reached an agreement to renew his contract yesterday, the Polish mid laner is ready to continue his streak of dominance after achieving a 2nd place finish in summer.
The player initially received interest from Karmine Corp Academy & Zero Tenacity, the former having only offered Czekolad a try-out. Ultimately, he sided with his previous team of BKR, rejecting other offers and chances at try-out and continuing his agreement with BKR for the 2024 LFL.
Czekolad is most known for his strong preference for control mages and his signature Azir pick. The Polish mid laner has an extensive history with various teams in the EMEA region. For fans of the LFL, Czekolad's most notable stint was with GameWard in the 2022 season, during which he brought the organization to its first EMEA Masters attendance, finishing in shared 3rd place.
