Team Liquid's Ongoing Success
Team Liquid is coming off a successful year in the LoLEsports scene, reaching this year’s Worlds and finishing 3rd place in the LCS summer split. Looking to replicate this success in 2024, Yeon, who had a good year himself, is expected to continue playing for the organization in 2024 and help them reach the same success.
Yeon began his professional career in mid-2020 when he joined 100 Thieves next, playing alongside other star prospects like Tenacity and Kenvi. Dominating the North American amateur scene in the early stages of his career, Yeon showcased a strong skill set as a marksman. He later joined Team Liquid Academy, winning the LCS proving grounds twice in 2022 giving him a springboard into the LCS.
Team Liquid is aiming to replicate their successful 2023 season by maintaining the core of their roster with Yeon, APA, and likely CoreJJ (not confirmed), as well as the addition of Impact in the top lane and UmTi in the jungle, it is anticipated that they will have another competitive and promising year in the LCS.
