A fresh start for msh at Pixel Lumina
Miłosz "msh" Szubański is set to join Pixel Lumina for the third split of the NORTH//EAST Challengers, according to sources close to Sheep Esports. The Polish Sentinel will replace Krzysztof “Krizz” Łukaszkiewicz, who has left to join NOVO Esports in Spain.
After starting the season with Zero Tenacity in the same league, msh found himself without a team at the end of Split 2, following the Polish club's withdrawal from VALORANT. Despite this, he managed to qualify for the EMEA Challengers with Z10, after finishing second in the regular season. It was a solid run in the league, but they failed in the European competition, where the team was eliminated in the group stage after losses to FOKUS and Karmine Corp Blue Stars.
Staying in Challengers NORTH//EAST
In his new team, he’ll also be joining players coming off a solid second half of the season, with a fourth-place finish in the NORTH//EAST Challengers and a qualification for the European tournament. Placed in a different group than Z10, Pixel Lumina were also eliminated in the first round after losses to BBL PCIFIC and CGN Esports.
For msh and his teammates, the competitive season will resume this Saturday, July 12, with the Upper Swiss Phase. The team's previous results allow them to avoid facing the top seed in the opening round of the NORTH//EAST Challengers.
