Slayer won the Iberian Cup with GIANTX Pride
According to Sheep Esports sources, Austrian Force willhaben have reached a verbal agreement with Ivan “Slayer” Bilous for the upcoming Prime League season. Slayer is the first reported piece of the AFW 2025 but was not AFW toplane's first option during this offseason: earlier, the team had initially reached a verbal agreement with Jarosław "Kozi" Marchewka, but the Polish player broke it to join another team. The organization then had to choose between Slayer and Petr “Bobista” Fojtík. AFW eventually preferred the 16-year-old Ukrainian toplaner, who was also considered by Karmine Corp Blue Stars.
Slayer made his ERL debut this year in Spain’s second division with Tan'i eSports. After achieving fourth-place finishes in both splits, the Jax main joined GIANTX Pride to compete in the Iberian Cup. There, he made a name for himself: Slayer clinched the title, defeating both LVP Superliga Summer Split finalists—Los Heretics in the semi-finals and Barça eSports in the final. These impressive performances have logically earned him a spot in an ERL1 team for the upcoming season. At AWF, he will replace Sebastian “Tracyn” Wojtoń, who is taking the opposite way to move to Los Heretics in Spain, as previously reported by Sheep Esports.
A decent first year in PRM
In their inaugural season in Germany’s top division, the team fielded an almost entirely Polish roster, which became fully Polish in the Summer with the addition of Oskar “Vander” Bogdan. AWF managed to qualify for the playoffs in both splits, but each time fell to the eventual champions of the split: Eintracht Spandau in Spring (finishing 4th overall) and Unicorns of Love Sexy Edition in Summer. These are respectable results for a debut season in the league, and it will be Slayer's responsibility to build upon them and drive further improvement.
