Sheiden set to join Team Dignitas
At long last, the LTA offseason is complete. According to Sheep Esports sources, jungler Jade "Sheiden" Libut is set to join Team Dignitas in the LTA North for the 2025 season. He will be replacing Mingyi "Spica" Lu, who was the other main candidate for the team.
Sheiden had already signed with NTMR—who also signed ex-NRG toplaner Niship "Dhokla" Doshi—for the upcoming NACL Open Qualifier. However, NTMR let Sheiden go for zero buyout as they wanted him to be able to play in the LTA.
Returning to Tier 1
Sheiden will be making his return to the biggest stage in the Americas. His first stint in the LCS was back in 2023 Summer, where he was called up from Evil Geniuses Challengers to play for the main squad in the final week of the regular season. With Sheiden on the lineup, EG would proceed to go 3-0 that week and secure 3rd seed coming into playoffs. Sheiden proceeded to start in ten out of EG’s twelve games played in the playoffs as the team would eventually fall to Team Liquid in the lower bracket and finish 5/6th.
Sheiden most recently played for FlyQuest Challengers, winning the NACL in Spring and placing 3rd in Summer.
