One of the pillars of the organization, Route is close to renewing his contract for 2025
LOUD is working hard to maintain their lineup for the inaugural LTA season. One of their key pieces, botlaner Moon “Route” Geom-su, is well into negotiations with the organization for 2025. According to Sheep Esports sources, the South Korean has already evaluated the proposal sent by LOUD and is very interested in staying with the team. He is reportedly very fond of Brazil and has expressed his desire to continue competing in the LTA South.
No renewal has been signed yet but sources indicate that everything is in place for Route to stay on LOUD for another season. Route is also aware he is likely being paired with a native support and who is being considered for the support position.
LOUD's situation in the offseason
With the departure of Park “Croc” Jong-hoon, the four-time CBLOL champion organization had to go to the market in search of a replacement. As previously reported by Sheep Esports, Kim “Malrang” Geun-seong, formerly of Kabum, was one of the options, but the favorite for the position today is Na “Wiz” Yoo-joon, the latter having played for FURIA in this year.
In addition to the search for a new jungler, the future is uncertain for solo laners Thiago "tinowns" Sartori and Leonardo “Robo” Souza with their contracts set to expire this November. Although the likelihood is that both will renew, LOUD will still need to sit down and discuss contract extensions with both players.
Although it seems likely that support Ygor “Redbert” Freitas will depart the organization, his future remains uncertain. LOUD has yet to notify him about whether or not he will be dismissed from the roster.
