He has won 4 splits in the Greek's league
According to sources close to Sheep Esports, UCAM Esports have secured their new support player for the upcoming season of the LVP Superliga. The organization has reportedly reached a verbal agreement with Besmir "iLEVI" Jakupi. However, the move can only be finalized if the Albanian player obtains his visa. Without it, he won't be able to come and play in Spain. However, the expectation is for him to acquire his visa smoothly in the coming weeks. This is also why his verbal agreement with UCAM is one of the first movements in ERLs.
The 26-year-old Albanian player has bounced between several amateur teams since August 2019 and found himself a starter for the first time in an ERL during the Greek Legends League (GLL) in Summer 2021. He instantly won the title with Anorthosis Famagusta and clinched the next one after switching teams to WLGaming Esports. He returned to ANO at the beginning of 2022, where he has played until now. Overall, iLEVI has won the GLL four times and has participated in the EMEA Masters six times.
He is joining a major league in Western Europe for the first time and will bolster the ranks of a UCAM team seeking its former glory. The organization's last title dates back to Spring 2021, although they did win the Iberian Cup in 2022 against Team Heretics in the final. However, since then, the club has been lingering in the mid-table and is coming off a barren 2024 season, marked by a failure in the Last Chance Qualifier of the Summer EMEA Masters.
