HamBak will make his LCK debut with OKBRO
A new rookie joins the LCK 2025. After the official signing of other LCKCL players such as Jeon “Siwoo” Si-woo at DPlus KIA, Nam “Diable” Dae-geun at FearX and Han “Way” Gil at KT Rolster, it's now OKSavingsBank BRION's turn to recruit a LCKCL player in the person of Ham “HamBak” Yoo-jin. Had he not found a team in the LCK, we might have seen the former KT Rolster Challengers jungler in the LEC, as Rogue were also considering him.
Entering the LCK with a bang
For his first chance as a starter in an LCK team, HamBak arrives with a strong record. Indeed, the 22-year-old won it all last season with KT.C in the Challengers League. They finished 1st in every regular season and won every playoff this year. The team even won the Asia Star Challengers Invitational at the end of the season, making them the most successful academic team of the year in Korea. Given the number of medals he piled up in 2024, he will be making his LCK debut with some confidence.
The objective is clear and easy to understand: to improve OKBRO last year's results, as they finished twice tenth and last in the rankings during the Spring and the Summer Split 2024. To achieve this, he will be able to count on toplaner Park "Morgan" Ru-han, midlaner Lee "Clozer" Ju-hyeon and support Oh "Pollu" Dong-gyu, as the three of them have been made official by OKSavingsBank BRION.
