Abbedagge was BIG’s first option but he has reportedly found a new home at Disguised in the LTA North
According to sources close to Sheep Esports, Oliver “Dajor” Ryppa has reached a verbal agreement with Berlin International Gaming (BIG) in the Prime League. The midlaner is the last piece of the German organization’s roster for 2025, as BIG are the first to complete their roster in the league. With this year's rout behind them (9th place in Spring and 7th in Summer), the legendary ERL team is looking to build a highly competitive roster this time around. While Felix "Abbedagge" Braun was BIG’s first option, he has reportedly found a new home at Disguised in the LTA North.
Through thick and thin
One German replaced another, as Dajor is also looking for a second wind in the ERL after some hard times in a major league. The midlaner started his career in the NLC with Fnatic Rising. There, he played with Louis “Bean” Schmitz which he will be reunited with in 2025 as the AD Carry should also join BIG, according to sources. Dajor left strong impressions for his first split in the ERLs, with a runner-up finish in the 2021 EU Masters (lost 2-3 to Karmine Corp). The following year, he directly took the plunge to the LEC with Astralis. The Danish organization has never been up to scratch in 2022, as they finished last place in Spring and ninth in Summer.
Dajor still got one last chance for the Winter of 2023 and although the team had better results (6th), he got replaced by Adam "LIDER" Ilyasov for Spring and Summer. The German then came back to ERL, to join Rebels Gaming in the Superliga, and got reunited with Bean but again, the team was not competitive enough to reach playoffs. In the Summer of 2024, Dajor finally got a real chance to bounce back, for the Summer Split with Team GO in the LFL.
While the Red Storm didn’t reach the podium in the French League (4th), they got kicked out of EMEA Masters at the gates of the grand final, by Vitality.Bee (1-3). Despite these better results, Tolga "Serin" Ölmez has reportedly taken over his spot in the midlane at Team GO, Dajor will now come back to his home soil to play for BIG and make his debut in the Prime League.
