Boukada is about to begin his third year in the LFL with Karmine Corp Blue
Mehdi "Boukada" Lahlou has reached a verbal agreement with Karmine Corp Blue (KCB) in the LFL, sources tell Sheep Esports. He will fill the spot vacated by Doğukan "113" Balcı, who is headed to Team BDS in the LEC. Boukada is the third confirmed player for Karmine Corp's 2025 LFL roster. He also drew interest from BDS Academy and Vitality.Bee.
Boukada is set to stay in the LFL after playing for Team GO this past year. Familiar with the French ecosystem, he previously played for TDS in Division 2 last year and MCES in the LFL back in 2021, where he had a rough season. However, he has since bounced back, often excelling on engage and setup champions. KCB is betting on him despite Team GO's 6th and 4th place finishes in Spring and Summer. His impressive performance helped Team GO reach the EMEA Masters semifinals, where they narrowly lost to Vitality.Bee. KC is known for developing promising talent like Boukada.
KC once more aim for the top spots
With Boukada joining the roster, new head coach Vasilis “TheRock” Voltis is shaping a star-studded lineup for the future. As previously reported by Sheep Esports, Boukada is expected to play alongside Volodymyr “Maynter” Sorokin who re-signed with the team and AD Carry Thomas "Exakick" Foucou who reached a verbal agreement a few weeks ago. The team's objective is clear: to continue building on its legacy in France while securing more titles. They aim not only to dominate domestically but also to contend for the European crown, extending their success to the EMEA Masters.
