Twelve alt-arts from the Origins set
Riot Games revealed on Weibo the twelve Overnumbered cards from the Origins set of Riftbound, which launched this Friday, August 1st in China and is set to release in English on October 31st. The TCG, inspired by the League of Legends universe of Runeterra, includes nearly 377 cards in this first set—24 of which have this unique rarity and were shared online.
What are Overnumbered Cards in Riftbound?
These cards are available in the original decks in two different versions: first, the artwork-only edition, created by an artist; and second, the version featuring the artist’s signature. According to Riot Games, one in ten Overnumbered cards will be signed, meaning they should appear once every 360 boosters. Both versions were unveiled by the North American publisher on the official Riftbound account on Weibo, in their Chinese versions, of course. Only Yasuo and Volibear had been published on the official website prior to the Chinese release.
